Your satisfaction is our priority.

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.

 

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will replace it completely free of charge.

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any issue, take photos and contact us immediately via the Contact page.

 

For returns not related to a defect, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

 

Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
